First go to library and get a book out on anatomy physiology - making sure that full colour graphic image of the body's muscular system is viewable.
Second get different coloured plastersine for modelling. (1 or two packs depending on size)
Third get a packet of paperclips.
Make model according to diagram in book, bend some wire from paper clips to hold body muscle shape and mold your model as example.
Be Creative - Aim for model size to be about the size height of a ketchup bottle.
