You made the decision to be there correct.. you have to accept the fact of you are there , and find away to make the best of it ..where did it say 24 hour fun,and thrills on the travel plans ?? suck it up , you are there , we all have to deal with un pleasurable things in life ..you keep your chin up , and when you get home you can write it off as experience..and after you are home , you can go to yahoo answers , and when some other person asks advise on going to Spain you can give your opinion on why to not go ....only you know what is fun for you find a way to incorporate that in with being there ..

I have been through stuff too, and I am going to be practical. Aside from going to the doctor and going on pills, which is an option. Exercise releases feel-good brain chemicals, so take walks or work out. When you are done with school or work obligations, just do things you enjoy. Get enough sleep and eat decently, but also eat things you like. That's about it.

Hey, I wish I was there.....Maybe you need to meet some nice people.....See the sights....Check out your ancestral heritage.....Mine's from northern Spain(Burgos)....There's some great nightclubs in Barcelona, Granada and Seville.
You can't complain about the food and the people are very nice looking.......Relax Chica, hit the nightspots and eat some of that food.......Wish I was there.......

wow....spain, huh? well if you are truly miserable than you should go home....if it's just a case of "home sickness" than tough it out as you are almost 1/2 done with your time there anyways.....take advantage of it, see and explores things you will never have the opportunity to see again....

you can always have options..if you do not relieve this feeling of depression you will start developing physical side effects...poor sleep, poor eating habits, and your immune sytem will allow sickness to enter into your life
