I have seen small packets of 'pringles' in stock in vending machines at public places like colleges so I guess yes, someone's beaten you to it.

What's a pop pringle? Like the potato chips? I think you would need licensing from Pringles.

There is a guy in Dan Miller's "48 Days to Creative Income" e-book that kicked butt w/vending machines...not sure what kind, I jsut remember hearing Miller talk about it, but it might give you some inspiration.
