You've got your pop up blocker on. It's in the toolbar. Just click on it and choose "allow pop ups from"

It's a setting on your computer. If you go to the Tools menu you might have a option to press Pop-Blocker which you can click to change your preferences. Or, when it does that message comes up, a bar may appear at the top under the address line. If you right click you should be able to choose something like "Temporarily allow pop-ups"

Cos you've got a pop up blocker active. You need to make sure that pop ups for ebay are able to show.

Because you must have pop up blockers activated.
Whatever tool bars you have on your pc, look and see if there are any pop up blockers, and turn them off. Sorted !!!

Check your internet browser settings. I think you have your popup blocker on. It looks like a circle with a diagonal line on it on your toolbar. Make sure your popup blocker is turned off and it should work.
