The wavelength of the signal would be 3 metres.

Speed of light / frequency = wavelength
3 x 10^8 / 100 x 10^6 = 3

100 megahertz= 1000 hertz I beleive so if light travels at 300,000,000 m/s then the ratio is 1:30,000. I have never taken physics and please only use this answer if you think its the best one or have it checked.
