I am in school for heating and air tech and having trouble grasping how to read the manifold gages, anyone with any tips or a website that might explaine it further, any help would be appreciated.

My tip for you would be to ask someone in your class to help you understand the gages better, lots of times a class mate can explain things so you can understand better than the instructor.

scott .i went to school 20 years ago for hvac i can tell u that they need a class on just gauges.there are so many different gases that u need to carry a card denoteing the presure/temp .that is why u learn the princeables of the most used gases [134..r22.r404.].and contrary to what my teacher told me my hands are temp probes .....stick with it and u will surface above the gypseys out there !

With so many different types of gages out their, ask your teacher for help.
