Women also can commit an act of rape with force or deception to make a man (or adolescent) engage in a non-consensual penetrative sexual act. According to Court TV's Crime Library, women commit about 10% of all sexual offenses and their abuse often involves their own child or children which is incest. Several widely publicized cases of female-male statutory rape in the United States involved school teachers raping their teenage male students under their consent.
A recent example of this is that of Debra Lafave of Greco Middle School and her teenaged student.
The controversial case questioned the mindset that teenagers are too innocent to give consent to sex.
Wikipedia offers you various of information on male rape.
Also I've put a link to 'Victims of Crime' in source.
Hope this information helps.

That would depend on the physical difference. It is possible for a woman to be the aggressor.
Even then, most men would be too ashamed to admit it.

It would be unusual for a guy not to be able to defend himself against a girl but if he can't then sure why not.

Not really, you would need to be aroused in order for her to force intercourse and if you were aroused you'd probably want her to do it.
