Looking for the maker of a German mantle clock with brass and red marble. Clock is marked with LHO or HLO on back plate. 17th century

All i could find on the internet was a clockmaker called Overmeyer,
prename(s) unknown, who was born 1840, link in german only :

Didn't find any other clockmakers whose family name starts with O.

Are you sure its german and the letters are initials?
