what can i do?
i am in serious trouble
my ipod shuffle when connected to computer doesnt show a removable drive icon in the 'my computer', so i cant right click and eject it,and cant charge and cant put songs in it. actually its not correctly connecting to the USB port and earlier it was doing so. i dont know what/s wrong

1st Gen Ipod Shuffles may require a reset using Apple's Ipod Shuffle Reset Utility. Try getting the utility here:

Apple should have fixed this more officially a while ago, but they've chosen to be relatively quiet about this fix. Maybe they are trying to get you to buy a new one...
