I also agree w/ the Bahamas only because if her son was such an important person in her life and after his death i think it would be settling for her soul to be there right next to him. For her mother to want her burried anywhere else is degrating towards her intire biological family its disgraceful that her own wants and desires would come before the thought of what her daughter would have wanted. Its sad because Ms. Smith seemed to always be wandering and longing for something like she was lost her own family blinded by her infamous image never helped her find what she was looking for and now even when deceased there are still battles and gray areas as to where "she" will be distributed (Dani) her estates and even her body. Sad Really! I think she is at peace now w/ probably the only person that really cared for her!

I don't think he son, Daniel, should have been buried in the Bahamas since he didn't live there and was only visiting. But he died there and was buried there, so in answer to your question, she should be laid to rest next to her son whom she loved so much.

Next to her son in the Bahamas. I know you saw the interview she did about her mother. She didn't want anything to do with her. I think she (her mother) just likes to be in the spotlight.

I honestly believe it was her wishes to be buried next to her first love which was her first born son, I know if I had to go throught what she went throught, taking care of her son till one day he is not even a full adult and have to buried him, I would want to be next to him...F*ck Marilyn, what did she ever do for Anna, and F*ck the mother and texas...Anna hated both of them.

I agree with you.her Mother was on TV shortly after she passed and said some bitter things about her own daughter, she should be ashamed.The apple never falls far from the tree,right.Put her to rest by the person she really loved,so they can be together,what Mother would not want that?They really should get on with this burial....

Not being a big fan of burial plots (takes up too much real estate), I would suggest that she be cremated and ashes evenly divided between her husband and her mom...then those two can do what they will with the remains.

Maybe her son would likes to live in Bahamas for entire life,so he can easily visit her grave most of his times.
