I have replaced some inks in an Epson C82 Printer, but the Epson software is not recognising two of the cartridges. They are generic.
I seem to remember that there is software that you can download to run an epson printer that gives you much more control over the printer. Can anyone provide a link to the software or tell me a way to get the cartridges recognised by the printer

Cartridges with SmartChip may cause recognition problems, even if they are brand new. You may also see cartridges reported as empty when they are actually full. Those problems are usually caused by the "smart" chip on the cartridge. You can use a chip resetter to resolve SmartChip-specific problems. Or you can go ahead and uninstall and reinstall your printer software (driver) and this time without ink level tracking. You need to get the Epson Cartdridge resetter. Here is one;
