The local press is full of adverts for pubs with something on for July 4th. Almost as much hype as for Patricks day. You lucky people.

Pale rider is being correct. Quite odd but not so for someone who has had a bit too much of the rye, a bit too early for Saint Patrick's day.

I think pubs will latch onto anything that will help them bring in more people and sales. Any excuse to party. Not always a bad idea, just keep the drunks in check so they do not drive.
