Resident Evil 4
It has shooting, it is a horror, and you kill zombie with lots o blood
It also got best game of the year by multiple sources.

Castlevania 1 & 2, not too much blood, trust me get a memory card first.
Mortal Combat Deadly Alliance, non shooting, lots of blood and killing,
Cabelas Big Game Hunder, No blood. but lots of shooting and Killing. Good Luck.

If you want a good game like that get Resident Evil 4 because it gets really scary late in the game and early on if you get scared easily.
