Knowledge is more important, because through it one can become beautiful and wealthy.
Beauty is not the most important, because one can be beautiful but stupid & poor.
Wealth is not the most important either, because one can be wealthy but ugly and also stupid.
As for Knowledge, people who are smart and have knowledge know the way to become really beautiful; which is inner beauty of course (and even outer one), and also by knowledge one can work well and make good money, and therefore become wealthy.
So, I think it is knowledge and I have explained why.... I hope I helped.

It is a toss up between knowledge and wealth, but I guess in reality you have to have knowledge to have the ability to gain wealth and retain it with out squandering it. Look at all the bumpkins who win millions and then shortly thereafter they are dead broke!
If you have enough wealth, you can purchase some beauty, or at least improve on what you have, knowledge to know when to stop on that one comes in handy too, I won't mention what pop singer could have used a little of that.

Ofcourse knowledge. With knowledge you can attain wealth through smart investments and with wealth you can have beauty through cosmetics :)

Knowledge is most important as with knowledge you can win the world wealthis very unstable and beauty is skin deep but kmowledge stays with you forever without fading away and increases as you distirbute it
