ok exams are this week and i have a meeting saturday about me going to europe. I am having problems because i'm studing and i'm supposed to bring some things to the meeting that i still haven't completed all the way through. Are there any ways i can take away the stress at all.

Make a list and start with the most important things first. As you begin to cross things off of your list you will feel better. Do the things that you need first. A list will help you focus and feel like you are accomplishing something.
