my birthday is in mid April.
i am turning 16.
i am not interested in a huge party.
just a small party for 5-10 people (girls and guys)
something original please, ive already heard chuckie cheese, dance party, pool party, beach party.
i am also on a budget, nothing over a couple hundred.

My niece had a Luau for her 16th birthday party. Ask your guests to dress Hawaiian style. Provide leis for them to wear once they get there. It is very simple to decorate....the party city stores, etc. have a line of decorations for this. You could stream up some Christmas lights and put out some fresh pineapple, some ribs, and traditional luau type food. You could easily do this for under $200. What do you enjoy doing? Do you sing, do art, or some sport? Center your party theme on something that is important to you. Use your imagination and you will think of something. Have a good time, Happy Birthday, and remember you are only sixteen, please be safe.

Balloons are best and you can hang white silk cloth on roofs and place table in the decorated room. Thats it.
