my mikomi mp3 is frozen?

model 513/3855 it was working fine and now when i turn it on it just says mikomi and stays lik that

you need to format it and start again...
connect to pc/rightclick icon in my computer,then choose format/fat and ignore quick format.. it will work fine then,..
