how much does anew battery cost and is it included my moms cellphone package

You probably do have to purchase a new battery, unless you dropped the phone in water or something. Then you will need to get a new phone (it will cost you something if you do not have phone insurance). A battery cost depends on what type of cell phone you have. Provide more information and I can try to help you. It is not included in your cell phone package (whatever that is) so it will cost you. You can either order it online if you have a credit card, or you can go to a store that sells your cell phone and by it there.
