Is it true that you could sue or take someone to court for them not returning any borrowed possessions? If so, then how?

If they borrowed something and didn't return it, that's called theft, and yes, you can take them to court. I would find out about the Small Claims court in your area.

ummm absolutely u can sue for just about everything. i would do small claims court for that though ebcause lawyers and court costs are sometimes WAY over the value of what your arguing about!! but small claims courts cover those expenses

Yes you can take them to small claims court. Call Judge Judy but be sure that you have receipts for the items and proof that they were yours to begin with.

sure. but can you prove it competently enough. Most likely you won't get far (or much) without something in writing, ie: a contract, Small claims courts would handle this sort of thing, unless the amount of the Item(s) exceeded the max. limit
