If you're both healthy and have no troubles with fertility, than yes, it's possible. Even healthy people and people with no known fertility issues can have trouble conceiving. Without knowing more, though, it's not really possible to say anything.
My husband and I conceived our first child four months after I stopped taking the pill. With our last pregnancy, we had only one encounter where we weren't using protection and I got pregnant (I was scheduled for surgery and we were only using protection to make sure I could have the surgery... it only took one unprotected encounter). With my current pregnancy, it only took two months of trying after my surgery (the surgery had nothing to do with fertility).
That's us, though. Your situation may be entirely different. Start charting your cycles if you haven't already. See a doctor to make sure you're both healthy and physically ready for a child. Try to stay healthy. None of these will guarantee that you will be able to conceive, but they will give you a leg up on it.
Good luck and much *baby dust* to you!

Let me see in my crystal ball....hahaha!
Well, you will if you are not stressed by your daily life, and take folic acid and vitamins, and have sex during your most fertile moments of the month.

All I can say is that if both of you are healthy and furtile, you have to 'put the time in' if you want to increase your chances.
