If you have the dicipline, go to the bookstore and buy books on business and read them. Even if they do not pertain to what you are looking for, knowledge is the key to good business practices. The internet helps too but there are websites out there that will give you a little information. A few clicks later, you find out they want you to buy their book or subscribe to their service. Don't do that. Not all the best information is free. But, the best information is the info you find yourself by research. Thats because then you know how you found it and where to look for it later for reference. Don't take a class. They are a waste of time. Reading a textbook you can buy at a local community college bookstore is better than taking the class. And hey, if you want college credits, take Credit-By-Exam when you finish the book. My first semester in college, I took a 19 credit course load and read 4 other course books for classes I didn't take. At the end, I took the tests for the books I read and walked away that semester with 31 credits. Ofcourse, I was also working 40 hours a week. If you aren't working and living somewhere for free while at school(like with parents), 31 credits in one semester is still not easy. I would only attempt it if you can handle a lot of diifferent information at one time. Its the equivalent of taking 9 college level classes in one semester. Ofcourse if you can do that, you would also be a great business person. Like me! LOL. I hope this helps.
