Interesting how the dittoheads all speak the same language of lies, half truths, and distortions. It was the republics who called for the sedition act to be revived - but they conveniently forget this little fact.

Since when is telling the truth about someone or something a crime? Can you imagine if Rush was not telling the truth,60 Minutes,Dateline.20/20,NPR,any morning or evening news......would all be doing hit pieces until Rush was out of business. Rush doesn't have to make things up,he just replays their own words or actions to make his point. Even Pres. Bush or any Republicans are not safe on Rush's show, if they are doing something stupid that a liberal would love.Anyone I have ever known, who has taken the time to actually listen to Rush, ends up listening more because he is so entertaining and educational.

Limbaugh got here to manhood in an era whilst the rustic had a military draft for the Vietnam conflict. He prevented provider by having his wellbeing care expert certify his scientific unfitness because of an "inoperable pilonidal cyst" and "a soccer knee from severe college. A pilonidal cyst is a persistent selection of pus or an atypical draining passage premiere to an abscess, placed interior the hollow between the buttocks muscular tissues. it extremely is liable to an infection, which would be risky on a conflict front, so severe pilonidal cysts have long been (and nevertheless are) valid grounds for exemption from military provider.

"Sedition"? Oh, please!
I thought you loopy leftists believed there is no higher patriotism than criticizing the president? Or does that change when it's your pig being gored?
But, it's not unusual for a leftist to believe that their opponents should be prosecuted and imprisoned for any or no reason at all, just because they're the opponents.

From your own link: "1. Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state. 2. Insurrection; rebellion."
I don't believe Rush ever called for the overthrow of the government or any other sort of insurrection.
I know it pains the left to no end, but words have actual definitions.

YOu must be joking. Rush Limbaugh never wanted to overthrow the US government. Unless you count winning elections as sedition? He never advocated the defeat of America, he never hoped for America to lose a war. He simply explained the ideal of conservatism, he rebuked Clinton's liberalism and showed the logical bankruptcy of the Democratic agenda.

Interesting that you choose to target Limbaugh. Limbaugh is simply a commentator. He does not set policy. Before you trample on his free speech rights, try directing your attention to the seditious language being used by so many POLITICIANS about the current administration. Their words have power and they misuse it almost on a daily basis.

You need to look up a legal definition for sedition. He did not spend 8 years or even 8 minutes trying to overthrow his own government. geez.
