There will be more celebrating St David's day in Wales than there will be celebrating St George's day in England. The English don't seem to have as much pride in their nationality.
Here in north Wales people are wearing the daffodil (cenin Pedr)
or the leek (cenhinen)...proudly.
baby n.......should go back to school his/her general knowlege is atrocious.
cobymox..the plural of eisteddfod is eisteddfodau.

'Be joyful, and keep your faith and your creed. Do the little things that you have seen me do and heard about. I will walk the path that our fathers have trod before us.' 'Do the little things' ('Gwnewch y pethau bychain') is today a very well-known phrase in Welsh, and has proved an inspiration to many.

Even though, I don't celebrate the day, I really like the beautiful thought behind it.

We're all wearing our daffs in work, and we've had our Welsh cakes and cawl. All the schools will be dressing in traditional Welsh dress and performing in Eisteddfod's.
