Does anyone what books the Acton MBA program uses to teach the case method? Conversely, what book(s) are you aware of that teach how to solve a case (like a Harvard business case)? I'd like something general, dealing with finance, marketing, operations, and more.

Go on Amazon and search on Business case studies.
There are several good books on there that will emulate what you are looking for.
Also, just ask an MBA and I am sure they would be happy to give you their old case studies. I threw mine out.
