Oh I get these daily... don't worry about it, I am sure Yahoo just have people hanging around with nothing to do so they tell them go violate a few thousand people just to keep them busy!

don't think i ever got a violation, but the world mostly britain seems to have gone over the top. i once asked a question on here relating to race. i am not and never have been racist but was curious about something, because it was to do with race loads of people assumed i was racist. there should be no restrictions on any question. the world seems to over react to certain issues and it's not equality

Yahoo! decides the rules, silly. Read the terms of service. You are using their site, therefore you must play their game. If you received a violation I'm sure you can appeal it but I don't know because I just started using this service.

I was quite annoyed at first...but now I don't give a toss.
Or, If I feel like it...I just answer YES or NO to the next 12 questions which fits... and get back the points in about one minute.

I get violation notices all the time.

The truth is I don't care, the truth hurts sometimes.

If you want to ask a question, be prepared for an answer you may or may not like.

lol, the odds are good to about about even that you get a violation on this question. reporting people is seen as a duty by some and as recreation by others don't worry about it.

The people who invest millions of dollars in hardware and engineer time to make this site run smoothly decide what's in violation.

This is their house. We are all just guests.

Once I answered a woman's question with honesty...but maybe I was being rude, I don't know. Anyway, it pissed her off so she reported my answer as a violation....then went through all my questions and just started reporting them left and right....I got questions deleted about puppy names, hair color....you name it. Then she started IMing me. I know how you feel.
