Yep, the speed of light.

Nothing can go faster than the speed of light.

Since no massive object can go the speed of light, this question is technically meaningless. However, you can ask something like the following:

Suppose one person is going past me at 90% of the speed of light and another is going past me at 90% of the speed of light going the opposite way. How fast do they see each other as approaching? The answer to this will be 99.45% of the speed of light.

Velocities don't simply 'add up' in relativity the way you would expect. The resulting velocity will always be below the speed of light if you use the correct formula:

(v+w)/(1+v*w)

where v and w should be represented as fractions of the speed of light.
