I don't really have a 'position' on transexuality - I believe that all people should be equal.

We should have equal rights and responsibilities that are not affected by gender, sexuality, race, religion or anything else.

I've only ever known one transexual, and she was a very nice lady. Didn't cause a problem for me.

I don't know. I can tell you that I sympathize with the difficult lives they lead, and that most are beautiful, intelligent, lovely people just like everyone else.

Every transsexual that I know is a genuinely good and beautiful person, perhaps more so than my "straight" friends, because of the struggles they've been through, and the discrimination they've encountered.

Remember that in life there is only one judge. And it's not you or me.

Perfectly fine with them, would suck to be them. But there are transsexuals who overact their role. To make up for their masculinity, they are very prissy, bitchy and loud, thinking they are the qualities of a woman. They are the types that disgrace their kind.

There are only 2 people in the entire population of the world whose sexuality is any of my business or any of my concern. Mine and my husband's. Everybody else can handle theirs as they see fit.

MY position is that it's their bodies, their lives, and I think they are brave for following their instincts, and not letting society dictate how they should live their lives.

I am just concerned about the mindset of transexuals, it seems to me they are not happy people. I would not feel comfortable around a transexual unless I knew they felt comfortable with themselves.
