EVERY single day. I am an early bird and never late. If I am going to be late I atleast cal and say I will be late like 5- 10 mins but never longer then that.

always and I mean always, got knocked down in London at 8.30am and still walked to work and on time at 9. Love that story, makes me feel really strong or something-course some people would say mad or stupid

I'm always early for work. appointments, social occasions. I attribute this to my mother whose mortification when being late for church services, was transferred to me.
