I can't think of a song that works for both, but here is a couple of songs that I like as cha cha:

Besame by Andres Ballinas
Para Toda La Vida by Marcela Morelo
Cuentame Que te Paso

Swing:

Baby Likes To Rock It by The Tractors
Rock And Roll Music by Cagey Strings
Trickle Tricle by Manhattan Transfer

Those songs are popular, so in most cases other artists have sang them, or the artists I gave you are not the original ones, but the ones I gave you have performed them in a way that's good for dancing.

You can find the samples of all these and a bunch more on http://www.danceshopper.com or on http://www.dancevision.com

i feel that u can try let's get loud from jennifer lopez. it can be fine tuned and base-music slightly edited to make it suitable for both!

convert it to MIDI and edit the sounds respectively.

i like that song alot and i always use it for my dance practice.
