Its bullying and dont let him get away with it.
The next time he calls you a spof, tell him that unlike him you are going to make something of your life and get a good job, big house, nice car and if he cant stay out of trouble now then he will more than likely end up in prison when he is older. If he acts like that is cool, remind him he will probably end up in a homeless shelter outside of prison full of fleas and cockroaches, and because he is such a wimp that he has to pick on women then he will be some big, massive ba'stard's b*tch in prison.
Good luck if this doesnt show him that you wont be pushed around then go to your teachers and keep doing that until the little s hit is expelled.

Go either to the teacher or the principal or both. Yes, that is bullying and abuse. Be sure to tell your parents, they may be able to go to his parents and nip this problem quickly. Stay away from this person as much as humanly possible, because if he is already bumping into you and accosting you physically, then he may get more aggressive to get more of a reaction or to just try to bring more harm to you.

Yes this is bullying, you need to tell a teacher that he is really harrassing you and they need to watch him. Complain! Make a scene so someone will notice. If he gets near you scream. That will catch the teachers attention and he'll eventually realize he's going to get in trouble if he gets near you.

This is not bullying. This is harrassment!
If you dare, see your headmaster or the school counseller. Go with a friend to show you are serious. Also, ask your parents to make a report. If you don't, it will get worse! Do it immediately!

Yep - its bullying. He probably fancies you as well.
Tell your parents - ask them not to over react - but they still need to do something. If you do have an older brother - it is probably wise NOT to get him to involved as he'll end up in trouble.

Yes...
Maybe grab his hair next time ans slam his head into a desk several times or pinch his nipples between your fingernails like you are going to remove them and make him beg forgiveness and repeat what he said
Or maybe accidently drop hair removeing cream onto his head
