Do you really mean castration? You don't mean vasectomy? Well, if you do mean castration, usually after being castrated your sex drive goes down dramatically. You also could end up with health problems such as osteoporosis, weight gain, possible breast growth, raised voice, and cognitive changes. If you haven't been castrated yet, I'd seriously think about it.

Do you male or female castrastion? male castration eliminates the possibility of intercourse by completely prevently the occurence of an erection. Female castration would still allow the possibility of sex but the woman would have no sex drive, and sex would likeyl be very uncomfortable for her.

Male Castration, the removal of a Mans testicles (Balls) DOES NOT eliminate the possibility of sexual intercourse!!

At least, NOT these days!!

It simply removes the man's testosterone factories, and his ability to make live sperm.

THAT means that:-
1./ He can no longer make a woman pregnant, as he no longer produces the live sperm to do so.
After Castration, a Man is sterile - he has been sterilized, and can NO LONGER reproduce!
2./ He has a much lower level of serum testosterone in his blood, making him hypogonadal, which has the effect, of lowering his interest in sex, and his ability to get, and maintain an erection, sufficiently hard, to penetrate a woman's vagina, and to acheive an Orgasm, and ejaculate inside her.
Many, though certainly not most, ACTUAL male Eunuchs, can, and do have erections, although fairly soft, and can with work, achieve an Orgasm, and have an ejaculation, although it is usually fairly lack lustre in the length of spray, and tends to just dribble out of the tip of his penis.
Testosterone is ALSO produced in other parts of the body, including the pituitary gland - but these are minor sources of it, and can, and does, vary widely, amongst different men, become Eunuchs, depending on their individual genetics. Some Eunuchs, can still engage in sexual intercourse, without supplimentary testosterone, but not many - however, the firmness of their erections, is severly effected by the loss of their testicles.
3./ There are health consequences of being hypogonadal (Castrated Eunuch levels of serum testosterone), amongst them being oesteperosis (loss of bone density, and strength, like menopausal women suffer from, and the possibility of hip fractures, etc), excessive fat retention, weight gain, enlargement of breasts, and nipples, facial hair loss, and a reduction of pattern baldness hair-loss (but no hair is regained by it), cognitive changes, including a reduction of logical reasoning functionality, and memory loss, and a gain in emotionality, and possible onset of depression, phychological issues, and in some cases, suicidal tendancies, especially amongst extremely manly men, suffering from a "loss of manhood" syndrome. Also, it is fairly common, to have the development, of greater sensitivty to others, and a gaining of empathy, compassion, and affection, in men that were previously lacking in these qualities.
3./ Loss of vigour, strength, energeticness, and mental, and physical drive, is also a side effect, of the loss of testosterone.
4./ Most of these effects, except for the ability to produce live sperm, and make a woman pregnant, can be reversed, by the use of Artificial Testosterone. However, be aware of the fact, that some Eunuchs, for some reason, DO NOT respond to the use of Artificial Testosterone - I believe it is somewhere in the region of 15-25% of them. For the OTHER 75-85% of them, the use of Artificial Testosterone, allows the resumption of a normal level, of sexual activity, and normal sexual intercourse, and reverses all of the effects of Castration, except the reproductive ability.
5./ The Castration MAY involve the removal of the scrotum, or more often these days, NOT, and fake, silicone testicle prosthesis, called "Neuticles" may also be installed, to give a man, the look, and feel, of an intact Man, for personal, sexual and phychological reasons. Personally, I'd prefer an empty space there, between my legs, under my Castrated Penis, where my sack once was - but then again, I have an extreme Castration Fetish/Fantasy, and would enjoy the FACT of actually BEING a Castrated Eunuch, and would enjoy, in fact relish, showing it off, that EMPTY space below my Penis, to a woman!! Especially, a Woman that is into it!! It would be a real thrill for me, in fact, a Turn On, for me to do so! I'm just weird that way... {But, that is why I know so much about this Castration stuff!!}

In fact, I am looking for a Woman, that is into this stuff, actually Turned ON by it, right now! I'd LOVE to have her run her hands over that smooth spot, there...
YUM!!

Thanks.
