I really believe that you should name your baby anything you want, don't worry about what o0thers will say. But keep a few things in mind.
1. You don't want to give your child a reason to be teased.
2.You want your child to be able to pronounce their own name.
3. You want your child to be able to spel that name at 4 or 5 yrs old.
4. You want your child to like their own name.

But good luck with it all.

Well , with a last name like Noobtully...it is kinda hard to find a name to fit. Why not just get your last name changed to Dork and call your child He'sa. :)

So are you going to enroll him in Hogwarts? If so, he'll fit right in. Otherwise, I'd think up something more common.
