just burn the pics on a CD on the old pc and transfer them to the new one or get a flashdrive ( USB) just drag and drop or select all then drop them all to the flashdrive. and put them on there , stick it in the new PC and open the drive the USB is in ,download them to your " MY Pictures " file and you are finnished.
I also keep my pics on a CD just in case the PC would ever crash. that way you don't loose them

depends what operating system you have, what do you have? XP?plug the flash drive in, a boz will appears, select the icon that looks like a folder from the scroll box, double click, then minimise it, then find the folder in which the photos are, click and hold on it, then drag the folder to the bar for the flashdrive at the bottom of the screen, the flashdrive folder will reapear, drag the file into a white space and let go of the folder, the computer will then transfer the files automatically, you may have to do this more then once, depending on how much memory the flash drive has and how much memory the photos take up, if you need to do this, select the file in the flash drive and press delete on the keyboard, then press YES, the flashdrive will be ready for use once again

Open windows explorer (start --> all programs --> accessories), then navigate to the folder with the pictures. Plug in the flash-drive, it should then appear on the left-hand-side in windows explorer and then just click and drag the photos to the flash-drive.

Its as simple as drag&drop.
