Presumably you're assuming time travel is achieved by traveling at the speed of light? Either way sound would be in synch, as when you got back to the past the light source and sound source would be the same distance from you as in the present day, so no lag time.

Technically speaking, light and sound are never 'in-synch' because of the difference in speed. This effect is exagerated the further you are from the source of the sound. However, over short distances the effect is negligible. All things being relative you would still be able to communicate verbally with those around you no matter how fast you are travelling, so long as you are all moving at the same speed. If you are moving away from an object your ability to hear sound from it decreases with distance as sound waves tend to disperse and do not travel over larger distances in the same way that light does.

I don't think you would be talking if you were moving that fast.

If you were in a vehicle travelling that speed, all the molecules inside would move the same speed too so sounds inside would not be affected.

It's like being in a plane. If you are flying and throw an object into the air and catch it, you would not really see any movement backwards.
