Hadouken is what Ken and Ryu shout when using fireball,
Shouryuuken is the dragon punch cry and if I'm not mistaken Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku is the hurricane kick.

The Fireball was HA-DOO-KEN, I think the Hurricaine Kick was something similar. SHO-DOO-KEN perhaps. Or was that the Dragon Punch? Hmmm

When they do their hurricane kick they say the move name Tatsumaki Senppukyaku. Which means roughly Whirlpool Vacuum Move.
They usually say the move names as they do them.

Ryu says: "How do you do, Ken?"

He's merely being polite.
