ok here the qustion, i have a dell,3100, an thinking about a dell 6100,,, but would it be faster than the 3100, with 8 drivers,,,

are you talking abt the optiplex or dimension series?
In both though the 6100 will be faster and more advanced..
but 8 drivers?.. which ones?
If you have the dough the XPS would be the best, from Dell.
It also depends on what your usage is going to be.Can give u better feedback then

It will be faster than the 6100.

Buy a Mac G5. Faster than any dell out there and more reliable.
We don't have to upgrade motherboards, daughterboards, video cards, thus the headaches are minimal.

OK.
dell xps series is the best and it is not too expensive 900 $-2000 $ xps 210 is the best in price and abilities.
