I can tell if someone's smiling just by seeing their eyes. A smile brightens a person's whole face, and the eyes are very expressive. I can usually read a person's eyes better than the mouth anyway, since a mouth can lie.The eyes can tell you so much of what's going on inside their head...

An honest smile brightens up your whole body, not just your lips/teeth or bottom half of your face. When someone is genuinely happy, the smile goes all the way to their feet!

Depends on whether or not it is genuine. If you are really smiling then it affects your whole face (eyes etc) but if you are faking a simle then it's usually just your mouth.
