A lot of schools have an Auction once a year for this to make money. Call the local school board in your area and see if they do this. You will have to Reformat them of course cause ALL the info on them will be erased.

It depends on what for??
If for a school,college or charity etc, create a letter asking if they could provide unwanted equipment for school, college etc and address it to their IT manager/director, companies love donating to good causes especially if you can get some press to cover it.
One things is that they probally wont give you hard drives and RAm because of data protection
