I injured my wrist about a year ago. I was banging on walls with my hand and my wrist feels horrible now when I try lifting. Could I have prevented this by using a plaster after my injury?

Plaster is used in orthopedics for broken bones first they r sett that is known as reduction means two broken ends are brought in juxtapostion in there normal reltaionship with each other & then by applying plaster cast /slab including one proximal & one distal joint so as to keep the bones in position & non moblie so that the nbone cells grow & form the new bone known as callous & unite. U shud get a xray first & if it is broken then consult a orthopediacian.
