When the lights are fully on (With or without Dipped lights) the beams do not work, if I have only the side lamps on the beams work fine, this is a MOT failure but don't know if this is a job for an auto electrician or a poor "earthing" issue, can anyone help ?

1. All fuse (in cabin checked, not under hood)

If the light come on at ANY time it is not the fuse box !. I don't really understand ? It is not usually possible to put the head lights on without putting the side lights on first.

Fuse box first, headlights are usually on a separate circuit from sidelamps.
