How do I get rid of a virus called win/alcanj...?????

can ayone tell me how to get rid of this virus, ive tried spybot and adware but its atill there..

First understand that what ever Virus program your running it's not done it job.

Un-install your virus program & install Nod32.

Then do a full scan.

When the 30 days run out on your fee trail un install Nod32 & re install again.

try downloading this
free virus software
and running it.
If that doesn't work you may have to format your drive.
