I want to leave it gleaming as it's usually quite dull looking, even after I've just cleaned it.

I use Mr Muscle floor wipes with oprange oil. It doesn't quite gleam but it looks very clean.

Get a Swifter (handle/mop thing and some dry cleaning cloths.) You can use the clothes as directed to remove surface dirt and dust, then use a washcloth/rag in place of the Swifter cloth, warm water, and a tiny bit of vinegar. If the washcloth gets really dirty you might change it half way through.
You can get washcloths, dishrags, and the like at the dollar store....vinegar too.

I use Mr Muscle floor wipes too which i push around the floor on the mob so I dont have to be on my hands and knees!!

i have tried just about everthing the best i have found is Cif floor cleaner leaves a nice shine smells really nice as well.

i think the best stuff is dettol with its anti-bacterial agents in it, but also brings it up looking great.
