can any company from United Kingdom or Australia send me the job offer i work with a bank in india as a officer in retail banking

No one will send you a job offer, you have to apply for it if there is an opening.

Hence, check in the internet, either under a particular bank's name in the country or under jobs in banking industry. Be careful, though, there are a lot of bogus companies who might robe you money for registration. Don't send them any money.
