precisely 1 sq meter= 1550 sq inch
to convert from sq inches to sq meter divide your value in sq inches by 1550.
to convert from sq meters to sq inches multiply your value in sq meters by 1550.

I am assuming that you mean "square inches to square metres".
1 metre equals 39.4 inches
Therefore 1 square metre equals 39.37X 39.37square inches
That is to say 1550 square inches
Therefore 1 square inch is 1/1550 square metres
That is to say 1 Square Inch = 0.00065 Square Metres
So to calculate how many square inches there are in a number of square metres multiply by 1550

So in a metre there are 100 cm which equals 40 inches.

Convert the inches to millimetres.1 inch equals 25.4 mm. or 25.4/1000 meter. Length x breadth will give you square meteres.
