fish scales! yeah almost every lipstick these dayz are made with fish scales in the ingredients, :p but then again, there are lots of weird things made in makeup today.

Fish scales are only used in the glittery lipsticks, the rest is fish oils and other nastys. the strangest thing is, with knowing that, we still all wear the stuff....

i saw an ad once in nat geo that the girl using a lipstick, spitted some fish scales. that was surprising at first. lol

That's pretty gross; I also heard that there's whale fat (blubber) in lipstick aswell.
Makes you think twice about wearing it doesn't it. LOL!

yeah but the scales are cleaned and ground down so that you can't see them.. they just use them for the iridescent....god i love spellcheck.
