I'd say Africa
Why?
1)lions are great
2)Chickens in Africa dont cross the road... they got better things to do.
3)Elephants are big
4)No Dinasours - safe place for a picnic
5)It's hot, no winter
6)No phone lines, won't get phone calls from the Headmaster
7)Great hiding place - this is the place you can hide from you boss
8)Don't have to go to the dentist
9)Food is everywhere. fruits, animals etc. dont have to spend ya money

Most dramatically set - Vancouver, hands down
Most beautiful - Prague or possibly Lisbon
Most dynamic - New York, hands down
Most historic - currently Berlin, it reeks of its place in history
