there are two ways males may develop breasts. 1) the male may be overweight.20 the male may have a genetic disorder called klinefelter. this is where the male gets 2 X chromosomes instead of one and 1y chromosome. the x chromosome belongs to the mother and the y belongs to the father. in this case if the male has 2 x chromosomes this means the male has more female information than male. which makes that male develop real breast and his penis size is 2 cm long from pole to pole. the males also has a slower learning ability. he also has less hair on his body. he's normally really tall with tall arms and legs.

Some boys develop breast enlargement at puberty. It is hormonal, as the male and female hormones have similar structure and some female hormone is also formed in males. It is physiological and is known as Puberty Gynecomastia. It subsides with time. Fat people appear to have breasts, but that is only fatty tissue.

Overweight guys are very likely to grow breast tissue because more fat means production of more estrogen which promotes breast growth. Yes, even males produce this hormone, just like women produce testosterone.
