2) Please give me the equation whose graph is all integers points in the cartesian plane, e.g. (1,2), (3,-4), (0,33), etc.

1) The equation y= a where a is an integer.
All the plots of this equation are horizontal and intercept will be a.

All the plots of x=b, where b is an integer, are vertical. Its x intercept is b.

2) is it possible to have a graph like that? If all the points are integers then u will not have continuity. The graph will be set of points which away from each other. A continuous line will not be there.
