I recomend www.download.com from here you can search for free software. There are some really good spyware tools on here. Its worth checking with you ISP to. I am with BT Internet and they supply Spyware, Anti Spam, Anti Virus and Firewall protection.

majorgeeks.com they have all the programs you will ever need they are all free and easy to download its the only site i use. all my anti virus and spyware came from them good luc give them a try
