They tap out evil messages that only I can understand in their woodpecker morse code. I've tried wearing foil hats and eating the stuffing from my matress, but nothing makes them stop.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I've always suspected that KEITHHUXY, but they tell me to smear myself with garbage and try to cross the M5. It just sounds a bit strange to me.

I've had this problem for many years,but I never had the courage to share it with some one in case they called me names
I could have told you the stuffing wouldn't do it,I already tried that.
Hang a little piece of iron on the tree,they break their beaks and screw off.

I suspect that this is just like the dolphins in "Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy". The dolphins were actually trying to communicate to us that the world was going to be destroyed... So the woodpeckers are trying to pass on an important message. :)
Or, they could just be trying to get some yummy bugs from under the bark of trees.

You should be proud to have a Woodpecker that close to you! They are a rare breed around the area and if you live in an Urban area even better.

No. They were created by the government. After cutbacks, they couldn't spend any more money on black helicopters, so they turned to the woodpecker to do their spying on you. That noise is just morse code that they use to send the government their top secret messages about your activities.

No they came from Eggs. If you want to stop them just try recording one doing his pecking and play it back to the next one its drives them nuts and they p... off

No, they're actually good. They try and warn people with their code.
If they annoy you, just call someone to remove them unharmfully.
